Website Terms of Use
Last Updated: 1 September 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use explain the terms on which you may use our website. They don't cover how we deliver talks, workshops, coaching or consultancy — those are governed by our Terms of Business, agreed separately with you once you book. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who We Are
This website is owned and operated by YKIWYSI Limited (company number 13564720), trading as The Men's Coach, with our registered office at 2 Hampden Road, Flitwick, Bedfordshire, England, MK45 1HX. You can contact us at Info@TheMensCoach.co.uk.
3. Not a Medical or Therapy Service
This is not a counselling, therapy or medical service. The Men's Coach offers gender-informed peer support designed to support male mental health by sharing information on wellness, lifestyle, goal setting, and peer accountability. No medical or financial advice, diagnoses or prescriptions are provided. This is not an alternative to formal mental health support.
4. Who Can Use This Website
To use this website or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into these Terms. The only exception is where you're attending a talk, workshop, or training session arranged on your behalf by a school, employer, or other organisation — in that case, our Child & Young Person Safeguarding Policy applies instead of the age requirement in this section. You may not use this website, or receive our services, if doing so would be unlawful in your country.
5. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this website, or in any downloadable resource, is professional advice. Training, coaching or information shared by anyone at YKIWYSI Limited is not suicide prevention training, medical advice, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a professional familiar with your individual circumstances.
We've taken care to make sure the information on this website is accurate and useful, but nothing here should be read as a suggestion that you shouldn't also consult a professional — we'd actively encourage it. We aren't liable for errors or omissions on this website, or for harm arising from relying on it instead of seeking appropriate professional advice, except where the law doesn't allow us to exclude that liability (see Section 13).
6. No Professional-Client Relationship
Using this website — including acting on anything you read here — doesn't create a professional-client relationship between you and YKIWYSI Limited or our staff. We can only take you on as a client once we've agreed that together, including agreeing terms such as fees; simply browsing this site doesn't create that relationship.
7. Booking Our Services
Prices, bookings, payment, and cancellation terms for talks, workshops, coaching and consultancy are set out in our Terms of Business, which forms a separate agreement between us once you book. For coaching specifically: we don't set a fixed price — clients pledge what they're able to, and you may request a refund, for any reason and no questions asked, within 30 days of your most recent coaching session with us.
8. Use of Website Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, and downloadable resources — belongs to YKIWYSI Limited or our licensors. You may view and download it for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or redistribute it without our written permission. If you misuse our website or its content - for example, by breaching this section - you agree to cover any reasonable costs or losses this causes us as a direct result.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials on this website are genuine statements from real clients, given with their consent and not edited to misrepresent what they said. They reflect individual experiences and results, which vary from person to person — a testimonial isn't a guarantee that you, or anyone else, will get the same results.
10. Restricting Access to This Website
We may restrict or suspend your access to this website if we reasonably believe you've misused it or breached these Terms — for example, by breaching Section 8. Where practical, we'll tell you why. This is separate from, and doesn't affect, any services you've booked under a separate agreement with us, which are governed by our Terms of Business.
11. No Guarantees
We don't guarantee the results of anything you do based on this website, whether or not we recommended it. The information here is educational, and your own results depend on your effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. Results other people have had — whether clients of ours or not — don't guarantee you'll get the same outcome.
12. Accuracy of Website Content
This website is a general information resource. We've taken reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's always error-free or current. Please use your own judgement, and verify anything important, before relying on information from this site.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This section covers your use of the website itself; liability relating to talks, workshops, coaching or consultancy you've booked is addressed in our Terms of Business.
14. Marketing Communications
We aren't currently sending marketing emails, texts, or calls. If that changes, we'll only contact you for marketing purposes with your consent, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the update. If you don't agree with a change, please stop using the website.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
