The Men's Coach may, at its discretion, display the logos of Clients with whom it has had a professional engagement for talks, coaching, or workshops related to male mental health, on www.TheMensCoach.co.uk and in promotional materials.

3. Purpose of Logo Use

The purpose of using Client logos is to showcase the diversity and breadth of our clientele and to illustrate our commitment to promoting mental health in the workplace. The Men's Coach will not use Client logos for any other purpose, without obtaining explicit written consent from the respective Client.

4. Obtaining Consent

Following delivery to your organisation, The Men's Coach may feature your organisation’s logo on our website as a part of our client portfolio. This showcases our collaboration and reinforces our commitment to providing valuable insights to businesses.
 

5. Revocation of Consent

Clients have the right to revoke their consent for the use of their logo at any time by providing written notice to The Men's Coach. Upon receipt of such notice, the Client's logo will be removed from the website and promotional materials.

6. Discretion and Compliance

The Men's Coach will exercise discretion and judgement when using Client logos. The Men's Coach will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of third-party logos.

By engaging the services of Provider, Clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Addendum concerning the use of their logos. This Addendum is an integral part of The Men's Coach’s Confidentiality Policy and should be read in conjunction with it.

The Men's Coach reserves the right to amend this Addendum as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. Any amendments will be communicated to Clients in writing.
